ChangeLog: 

* restrictions.{hh,cc}: add the additional incude_rules parameter to 
  the two remaining node_restriction constructors and make the
  inclusion of parent nodes dependent on it
* cmd_diff_log.cc (CMD(log)): create the node restriction masks with
  explicit_includes
* tests/log_dir/__driver__.lua: revert to the pre-0.48 state
* tests/log_with_restrictions/__driver__.lua: same here
