PS: Now monotone can take over an existing CVS checkout (without
contacting the CVS server first!!!):
[ mt --db some.db db init ]
[ mt --db some.db genkey address@hidden ]
cd checked_out_dir
mt --db some.db --key address@hidden --branch bname \
cvs_takeover [modulename]
...
mt diff
...
mt ci
...
mt cvs_pull
mt merge
