[Monotone-devel] Warning when pulling from venge.net

Just a quick heads up --
Due to a bug in 0.19's netsync's branch handling, using 0.19 to pull
from venge.net will fail to fully pull the
net.venge.monotone.netsync-0.20 branch, which is what 0.20 will be
released from.  Using current mainline, however, will work fine, since
Tim Brownawell fixed the branch handling bug back when he implemented
regex-based pulling.
