[Monotone-devel] 'mtn' changes merged to mainline

I renamed MT to _MTN, the executable to mtn, and fixed up the docs to
match; the test suite seems to be passing, so I've just merged this
all to mainline.

If you track mainline, you will need to run 'mv MT _MTN' in each
working copy, and adjust scripts to account for the name change.
