This is indeed very weird, because automate inventory works for me in
0.32. I suspect you use inodeprints, as I believe I found a bug in the
code in work.cc (line 902). If inodeprints are enabled and a node is
unchanged, a node is inserted into the `missing` set, if the node is a
directory. Totally weird logic... should have seen this myself earlier
when I fixed another bug in this code.
Should be fixed in a few.
