It seems that you are using a 0.31 binary to access the (downloaded?)
OE.mtn database. As fedora extras is still at 0.31, I'd suggest that you
use one of the 0.32 binaries available at venge.net/monotone/downloads.
If you are on i?86, just grab mtn-0.32-linux-x86.bz2
