I just saw that someone thought the monotone database was getting
clustered last night.  There's currently no such effort underway, but
I'll confess to having thought of it.  Before that, though, I'll do
some tests on my own servers.

Something to be noted is that this clustering idea currently lacks any
attempt to synchronise read-permissions and write-permissions between
the nodes in the cluster.  That means that any remote user may have
a very different experience depending on which node they talk with (or
even worse, if someone makes a multi-address DNS entry that points to
all the cluster nodes...).  This is worth thinking about, OR this is
yet another reason why we should focus on policy branches.

Speaking of policy branches, I'd better slap myself for not having
read up yet.  And speaking of that, PAUL, WHY ISN'T YOUR PROPOSAL ON
THE WIKI?
