Testsuite is passing except for one test, "database_dump_load". This
fails with an SQLite error
"String or BLOB exceeded size limit"
The string which should be loaded was 2.109.198 bytes large, so roughly
470 times smaller than the default SQLITE_MAX_LENGTH limit [1]. I'm
still investigating this issue.
