No problem, at least we found the cause. Thanks for your effort!

I re-emerged dev-lang/lua-5.1.4-r4 with "deprecated" USE-Flag and the
error was gone. Also I filed a bug at Gentoo describing the problem:
http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305321

By the way, do we actually have some king of official ebuild maintainer?
0.46 hasn't been noticed there yet, I think.
