[Monotone-i18n] string freeze for 1.1

Hi,

after many moons, I'd like to release monotone 1.1, now. It's mostly bug
fixes and work on making monotone compatible with newer libraries (lua
5.2 and upcoming botan versions).

Not many strings changed, so the French, German, and Swedish
translations seem to be up to date. Others could used some care and love:

> po/es.po: 1177 translated messages, 360 untranslated messages.
> po/it.po: 1115 translated messages, 280 fuzzy translations, 142 untranslated 
> messages.
> po/ja.po: 528 translated messages, 1009 untranslated messages.
> po/pt_BR.po: 670 translated messages, 867 untranslated messages.
> po/pt.po: 1536 translated messages, 1 untranslated message.

The following transifex link may not be quite up to date, but given the
nature of the changes since 1.0, I think it's close enough to be useful:

Please let us know if you're working on a translation. I plan for a
release of 1.1 in about two weeks.
