Odd suggested changing the wording slightly, removing neighbour and putting
friends instead.

I suggested not using the term friends as it will imply a degree of
devisiveness to the GNU philosophy. As the GNU Philosophy is not one of
devisiveness but one of inclusion, I suggested the term 'others instead.
Odd agreed this would be a good compromise.
