Hello myExperimenters,
We're exploring what the role of Google should be for myExperiment.
One of the first attempts is available here:
http://www.myexperiment.org/google
which is a Google Co-Op variant, built with contributions from Taverna
users. It currently searches myExperiment and a load of other sites (see the
attached pics for an overview) for workflows and services from the
bioinformatics domain. It allows for filtering based on whether the returned
results:
- should only contain workflows,
- should not contain workflows,
- should only contain WSDL services and
- should not contain local applications.
If you would like to include sites of your own, click on "Volunteer to
contribute" on http://www.myexperiment.org/google
Feel free to play around and to write to the list or the feedback page with
any thoughts you have!

Cheers,
The myExperiment team
