Thanks, Dave. I'll rename that one and create a proper Spacebook page with
details of the SKUA and Spacebook projects.

Hi Tony – your Spacebook page is now up on the new wiki as

                http://wiki.myexperiment.org/index.php/Developer:Spacebook

and you should be able to edit it with the account Don has just provided. It’s
possible to rename this page as you wish.

I’ve also put a pointer to it on the projects page i.e.

                http://wiki.myexperiment.org/index.php/Developer:Projects

Let me know if you have any problems.

Thanks

Tony,

You have an account now and I’ve put you in the “developers” group so that you
can edit documents in the Developer namespace.

Cheers,
Don.

We’ll certainly restore that one, and we’ll send you wiki account to that you
can edit the page (Don could you do the account for Tony please?)

If anyone else on the list was using their account to edit Wiki content rather
than just read it please give us a shout and we’ll send you an account too.

And anyone developing anything over the API, we’d love to have a project page
for your activity. Just mail Don for an account.

Rails 2.0 – yes, but the question is exactly when! We’ve been really tied up
with ISMB recently but that’s over now and we’ll shortly be reviewing our
planning for Rails migration in the light of all the other pieces of work ahead
of us.

Thanks

Thanks, Dave. No problem - I would like the content of the 'Spacebook -
TonyLinde' page but just email it to me if you don't want that restored.

Re feedback, I'd still vote for my earlier suggestion that entity types like
workflows be handled by an easily extensible, 'plugin', type of approach so
that workflows just become one type of such entity type and can be included or
not in an installation along with other such types (eg Astronomical Queries,
but can think of others that might require or would benefit from plugin
preprocessing before being stored and displayed).

Good to hear about the Google gadgets - does that mean you're planning on
moving to Rails 2.0?

Hi Tony

It’s a new wiki, and we’ve migrated most but not all of the content. You
shouldn’t need an account any more to get at publicly available content (this
is why we changed).

Could you let me know what you’re missing and I’ll track it down for you?!

All other feedback welcome too. We’re moving towards it being much more
developer-oriented – for example the google gadgets, taverna plugin and Java
API are now documented as projects on the projects page.

Thanks

Wiki seems to have had a lot of content wiped out (plus me as user).
