[Myexperiment-discuss] Uniprot GO

Hi All !
I'm new in this mailing list, I just started to use Taverna workflows 
for bioinformatics studies.
I wanted to know if exist a service/processor/workflow for Taverna 
for interrogating uniprot with GO IDs (ontlogy identifiers) to 
retrieve protein IDs/acc and related protein Fasta sequences !?!
go:000xxx -> protein IDs -> protein sequences
or not only GO but a text mining with fields specifications
Some advices?
