We don't use the GeneratePublicData.php script, so don't worry about that.
The tables.xml is a spreadsheet file (you can open it in Excel or Calc) that is
used to drive the REST API. This means that auto_accept is visible in the REST
API, e.g.
http://www.myexperiment.org/group.xml?id=9
