[Nano-devel] strcasestr()

Folks,

        I seem to recall strcasestr did not work properly on Linux, so 
we didn't end up checking for it in configure.in.  I just tried it again 
on a whim and it seems to work as expected...can anyone verify this on 
Linux (I'm using libc-2.2.5)?  Perhaps we can check for this after all.
