[Nano-devel] patch update, again

Changes from last time:

* removed the hack I put in to actual_x_from_start() for
now, as I'm sure there's a better way to eventually fix the
problems with it

* fixed the problem with reading in certain binary files; it
only occurred when the file's last line didn't end in a
newline, and began with a null character (in which case nano
would assume that it'd reached the end of the file and stop
reading it)
