[Nano-devel] patch update

I've made some consistency fixes to the manual and info
pages, and fixed a few warnings and errors that cropped up
when compiling with gcc's -pedantic option (e. g. only
including parse_regex() when ENABLE_COLOR is defined).
Still testing.
