... and the do_delete() fix works properly now (I was
setting placewewant to current_x instead of xplustabs()) and
is fully Pico compatible (I did this for consistency, after
figuring out that do_home() and do_end() both change
placewewant even when the cursor is at the beginning or end
of the line).
