More patch updates, adapted from the first piece of DB's
mammoth patch.  The removal of an unneeded tab in cut.c and
of an unneeded blank line from nano.h from have been added
to nanodocs.patch, and the ngettext() pluralization code
has been added to nanomiscbugs.patch (albeit with one small
addition; configure.ac has been modified to check for
libintl.h and define HAVE_LIBINTL_H if it's found;
otherwise, it isn't included and many warnings result).
