Hi, I got this on the BTS, and I verified it's a bug. This is ok in nano
1.0.6, but is broken in 1.1.11. Can anyone have a look?

Giving ^X, nano asks whether to save in italian, offering the ansers "Si 
or No", but it pretends a "y" to answer Si.
