[Nano-devel] nanodocs and nanongettext2 committed

After getting the ok from Chris, I've committed
nanodocs.patch and nanongettext2.patch.  I'm going to look
into the justification bugs next, and see if I can (a) fix
them and (b) get the fixes into nanomiscbugs2.patch.

nanomiscbugs2.patch also, per Chris' feedback, no longer
wraps when a tab is entered, but it does remove trailing
whitespace on justification, as nanomiscbugs2a.patch did.

Note that nanongettext2.patch has changed the macro used for ngettext(); it's 
now __(singular, plural, number)
instead of ngettext(singular, plural, number).
