Okay, just about everything's updated now.  The only thing left is an
update to nano.texi, as the Pico compatibility section needs a rewrite,
and --pico still needs to be replaced with --preserve (I meant to get to
this by now, but I don't have any more time today to work on it).

nanomiscbugs3.patch:

* fixed so command line options override rcfile options again; a few
bits added from global.c that were needed but were left out before (this
broke nanomiscbugs2a.patch; see below); add an entry for "preserve" to
rcfile.c so it can actually be used as an rcfile option; sync'ed with
CVS; this still seems to work, but I need to test it a bit more

nanomiscbugs3a.patch:

* formerly nanomiscbugs2a.patch; now renamed and built on top of
nanomiscbugs3.patch; sync'ed with CVS

nanomiscbugs3str.patch:

* formerly nanomiscbugs2str.patch; now renamed and built on top of
nanomiscbugs3a.patch; sync'ed with CVS

nanopara.patch:

* sync'ed with CVS (actually, I did this earlier; I just forgot to
mention it)

nanoverbatim.patch:

* sync'ed to apply on top of the new version of nanomiscbugs3.patch
