Updated for CVS, and the nstrn?icmp() functions have been simplified a buit to 
remove an unneeded local variable.

Since statusq() now resets the cursor position if nanogetstr() returns
NANO_CANCEL_KEY, nanogetstr() doesn't need to do it anymore.  This
patch removes the chunk in nanogetstr() that does that.
