[Nano-devel] key bindings question

I was a little surprised when I used the meta/esc functions and realized
they weren't using the emacs-ish bindings when many of the ctrl binding
match exactly.

Example:

esc-b: 'back a word' is 'backup file'

Could a .nanorc option or shortcut be added to toggle between
compatibilities?
