I've been wondering about what should I do with debugging strings. I
asked i18n people and I'm decided to unmark for translation debug
messages (those that appear only in debug mode and are worthless to a
normal user). Removing these would not affect the pseudo-official string
freeze on 1.2.x, as removing strings doesn't require any translator
work, but... is it ok for the "feature string freeze"?
