[Nano-devel] BUG: Nano is not working with utf8 encoding.

Hello.

I have a problem with nano editor in utf8 locale. For me it is not working.

When I try to type something inside nano my cursor moves two times faster then 
it should. Some russian letters are not show as they should. For example, 
letter "t" in russian language is shown to me as "^".

I have version 1.3.4.
