[Nano-devel] ready for testing: nano-1.3.8pre2

Given (a) the minor kinks in the previous release that have been worked
out in CVS, and (b) the fact that I just merged one last minor feature
that I nearly forgot about (a port of Brand Huntsman's code to add an
"icolor" rcfile directive to allow case insensitive matchine;
essentially, if "icolor" is used, the nregcomp()s for "start=" and
"end=" have the REG_ICASE flag set; the nanorc regexes and one of the
assembly regexes now use it; it's unlikely to break anything, but call
me paranoid; sorry for any inconvenience), I've put up nano 1.3.8pre2
at:
