You mean that say one month before the planned release of 1.9.99pre1
you'll freeze the message strings, and will not accept any more
changes to them? That's okay. Or do I misunderstand?

No problem for me. I'd rather translate something multiple times
than postpone simple improvements until a next release.

Well, yes, doing a pre3 now would be pushing it a bit. :) But if
the Translation Project were more dependable (that is: reacting
quickly), I would have said: go for it.

So if anyone has anymore proposals for improvements of the messages,
they should send them soon, and not wait until the next release is
