Strings that are surrounded with N_() are not really gettextized; 
N_() is an alias for gettext_noop(), which just marks a string as 
translatable, so xgettext will put it in a POT file.  To get such 
strings localized, a real calll to gettext() or _() has to be made
when the string is actually used.

Hmm, I just notice that the two help lines at the bottom aren't
getting translated yet.  Another call to gettext() is needed.  
The patch below adds it.
