Okay. Second attempt is attached. Most of these macros require
a space after them to be valid and recognized, so several of the
matching expressions now contain a space. Also, brightwhite is
nearly invisible on a light-background terminal, so I've changed
that colour to magenta. And no .DS macro is mentioned in man(7)
only a .DT, so I've changed that one too. What do you say?
