It looks like it's fixed. Thanks.
Something else. When rebinding ^Y and ^V, the help lines then show:
kpup Prev Page
kpdown Next Page
That is in SVN; in 2.3.2 it would show:
F7 Prev Page
F8 Next Page
Which looks much nicer.
