while i understand some people might find this useful, i wouldn't.
i find ad-hoc regexes do the job:
        Alt+R
        Alt+R
        ^<enter>
        # <enter>
        a<enter>

but then again, i detest the justify/unjustify code as i find it
only ever corrupts content.  so take my position w/a grain of salt.

not that i'd be against merging it ... as long as it can easily
be disabled :).
