If the above gets merged, maybe we can delete this item from the TODO file:

- Add the ability to move to different lines of the screen with a single
  keystroke, e.g. M-` (M-~) to go to the top line, M-& (M-7) to go to
  the center line, and M-' (M-") to go to the last line.

Or should I implement that one too?  (But then using a single key to
do all three moves: one tap, center; two taps, top; three taps bottom.
Not to waste precious keys.)

And maybe the cursorline centering should instead be bound to ^L by
default?  Making the function of the key twofold: redraw the entire
screen /and/ move the cursorline around?  Just like in Emacs.
