Urja, would you also be content if nano just hard-bound Alt+Left to
prevbuf and Alt+Right to nextbuf?  As in the attached patch?

Then, in a follow-up patch I would propose to hard-bind Alt+Up to
findprevious and Alt+Down to findnext.  I think it's nicer to have
these keys do something useful by default instead of leaving it to
the user to bind them first.

Maybe at a later stage, the Alt+Arrow keys can be made rebindable,
if there appears to be a demand for it.
