Would anyone be interested in reverse/underline/italic modifiers for syntax
highlighting?
color underline,reverse,italic,bold blue,red "..."
"bold blue" would be the same as "brightblue", and "bold brightblue" should
fail. Italic requires a font/terminal capable of italics and ncurses 5.10, but
anyone with those requirements could use it. Reverse by itself just flips
fg/bg, but reverse+bold doubles the number of background colors. Underline
would be the most useful and the other modifiers are easy to add once
color/icolor support the underline modifier.
