I agree. Its one thing to have a string bind in nanorc that might break when
redoing your bindings or a new version of nano changes an existing binding. But
I wouldn't want scripts floating around my system that used fragile
non-interpolated string commands.
I don't know if I'd use the feature once interpolation was added, but I do like
to script stuff and it would be nice to have if I ever found a use. Anyone who
wants this feature should provide examples of how they'd use it, other than
searching.
