Hi all,
Does anyone use the bind command that is suggested at the end
of sample.nanorc?
## Set this if your Backspace key sends Del most of the time.
# bind Del backspace all
It was added there ten years ago [1] with the comment that it
might be useful for users of OS X or PuTTY who want to connect
to remote Linux machines. Can anyone confirm this? Because
I am curious why it is needed.
