[Nel] More and less asserts

        Hi,

        The asserts changed. The old disapeared (reported yesterday)
and these appeared:

AST 9049 bit_set.h 74 : "bitNumber>=0 && bitNumber<NumBits"
AST 9049 bit_set.h 74 : "bitNumber>=0 && bitNumber<NumBits"

        I'm using today's CVS with GNU/Linux, STL-4.5. Interestingly
enough, the asserts do not *always* show. I relaunched the game once
and they disapeared. Do you need me to track this down ?
