[Nel] Debian GNU/Linux packages location

        Hi,

        Could you (presumably Vianey ;-) please change the location of
the Debian GNU/Linux packages in the nevrax.org pages ? I moved them
to people.debian.org as suggested by Guillaume Morin (canard).

        It will not only be a lot faster but the availabily ratio will
also grow from 80% to 99.9% ;-)
