No, your dependencies seem to be correct.  Looking at them it should
actually be enough to `apt-get install libnel0-dev', because libnel0-dev
in turn depends on libnel0.

I just mentioned them because they were needed... but you are right of
course, because if I wanted to list the dependencies regardless I would
have also needed to mention libopenal0, libxml2, etc.
