[Nel] (yet another) VC7 files update

Hello,

This one fixes several issues, most of them related to the release 
target being out of sync (I mostly update the debugfast one). Usual sync 
with files added to VC6's dsp. Also adds a vcproj+sln for object_viewer_exe.
