[Nel] Patch submission process?

Hello all,
I'm new to the Nevrax community, just found this
wonderful engine yesterday. I can't believe I've
missed it all this time. My team was about to pay
$1000 for an engine not nearly as complete as this.

Anyway, I've found a couple bugs while trying to get
everything compiled (still haven't quite gotten it yet
=]) but the patch process confuses me.

Would anyone kindly take the time to explain it?
