[Nel] nel3d python interface

        Hi,

        I'm in the process of writing a python module to give access to the
nel3d interface. I'll be exposing the classes visible in include/nel/3d only.
Although I don't see why this should be a problem for anyone, I'm asking for
your opinion anyway ;-) If you see a problem in doing this, please speak up.
