Jerry.
Try our test server on external ip (should work fine), 194.198.106.59.
Attached our test nel_launcher.cfg file (will find path in there).

Subject: [Nel] RE: Newbie Questions
Thank you for the response, but setting local = 1 in client.cfg did not
help my problem. Here's the message that appears above the username /
password request:
"Authentification failed: You can't use the client application
'snowballs'"
Even with client = 1, I get this message. Entering a username/password
does no good. If I enter a new username/pw, I receive these two
messages:
"Login 'what' was created because it was not found in database
Sorry but now shards are available"
If I enter a previously used username/pw, the window does not change (it
updates, but still has the first error message above). There does not
appear to be any other way to start snowballs.
Is there a reason that there are no servers for snowballs? I could
easily run one if the problem is lack of server space or bandwidth.
Also, could someone spare a minute to either update the site on NeL's
current status, or answer a few questions? How many active programmers
are currently working on NeL? Has anyone worked on a physics library or
a scripting solution (possibly Python?) I'm trying to get an over-all
picture of plans and progress. Thanks.
