[Nel] NevRax Compiling Errors (Don't we just love them?)

When I compile NevRax, I recieve these errors:

I am using Visual C++ 7; I believe that might be part of it, but if there is 
any way to fix this, please let me know - you would be great help ^_^ Thanks.
