RE: [Nel] Trouble w/ LibXML

Hello,

I'm currently working on an easy to use libraries package installation.

These packages are compiled with visual C++ 6 but perhaps it's
compatible with vc7.

You can retrieve package at this location:

http://mtptarget.free.fr/wpkg/

It is binary packages that I use to compile NeL everyday at home, so it
should work fine if you want to compile NeL with visual c++
