[Netutils-dev] [PATCH] Merging linux_*.c -> route_linux.h

Since we started using libnl [1] for the Linux kernel backend, it is
quite trivial and logical to merge it into one file. Here is a patch:

After this, I am going to mark some of the non-public functions as static.
