[Nmh-workers] questions on using nmh with pop

I would like to use nmh on my laptop to gather mail from
two pop clients.  I don't have an MTA running on it.

My biggest question is whether or not there is a way to get incoming
email filtered through slocal.  

My second question concerns sending email from one of two different
mail servers depending on whether I want my home or work email address
on the email.  Rather than hacking something together I think masquerading
using draft_from should be sufficient, but is there any simple alternative
I'm overlooking?
