Having a bit of trouble parsing this; didn't get Josh's note for some reason.
Are you wanting RC4 called 1.2, or are you wanting the eventual release called
1.2? I pulled the 1.1 file from the web site yesterday because Ken told me
that it had problems and that the only reason that it was up there was because
it was too much trouble to take it down.

A general comment here... it's really hard to make some types of changes on
savannah. For example, they have to take files down; maintainers can't do it
themselves. So if there are any issues with naming or content let's get them
hashed out in advance. I've heard from very few folks since heading down this
path and will be less sympathetic to complaints that come in after the fact.
